  • Ohio Children and Family Newsletter
    The Center entered a contract with the Supreme Court of Ohio and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services to continue the newsletter series developed under the recently completed Ohio Family Court Project, Phase II. The newsletter series proved to be a very successful addition to the Family Court Feasibility Study. Four newsletters will be developed examining issues related to innovative children and family initiatives in place in local Ohio courts and on topics or programs that cross-cut jurisdictional boundaries.

  • Aftercare Services Project
    NCJJ is serving as an independent evaluator of the implementation of the newly enhanced aftercare model, by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, for juveniles leaving state juvenile facilities (in 14 counties) and will deliver an outcome evaluation of the new aftercare service delivery model.


  • Meauring Performance of Pennsylvania's Balanced and Restorative Justice Initiatives: Phase IV - Intermediate Outcomes
    This project continues to demonstrate the progress in achieving intermediate outcomes for balanced and restorative justice in Pennsylvania. Center staff have provided training and technical assistance to county probation departments to collect, analyze, and effectively utilize intermediate outcome data on closed cases. Work continues with probation departments in selected counties to collect intermediate outcome data and develop outcome reports as well as other customized reports.
  • Pennsylvania Electronic Juvenile Justice Databook
    Center staff, in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD), have developed a web-based version of the Pennsylvania Juvenile Justice Databook. The Databook contains more than 250 tables describing a variety of risk and protective factors relating to delinquency for each of Pennsylvania's 67 counties.
