Children, Families, and the Courts - Ohio Bulletin
This bulletin is a quarterly publication that refers to a constellation of activities jointly administered by the Supreme Court of Ohio and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services to improve both the interaction between child welfare and judicial systems, and the effectiveness of intervention in cases involving families where judicial action is required. Once titled Ohio Family Court Bulletin, this series pick up where the Ohio Family Court Bulletin left off in 2001.


Hunter of Delinquency
Quarterly column written by the Center Director, Hunter Hurst III. These columns deal with various juvenile justice issues and are included in Juvenile and Family Justice TODAY, a publication of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges.

Juvenile and Family Law Digest
Published monthly, the Juvenile and Family Law Digest offers the most recent, significant case law reported in the United States. Cases are summarized in an easy-to-read format organized by topic and include case name, citation, a brief summary of the case, and order granted. To subscribe to this publication, please contact Dorothy Hall at the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ) at (775) 784-1548. If you choose to subscribe to the Digest through our website, we will forward your order information to NCJFCJ. Cost for one year subscription is $160.

NCJJ Snapshot
Published monthly, the NCJJ Snapshot series summarizes current legal issues relating to how children and families are handled in juvenile and family court systems across the nation. Graphical interpretations or "Snapshot Views" of the most recent legislation affecting families today are provided for easy reference. In addition, some issues offer brief summaries of significant case law which appear before the Nation's court.

Ohio Family Court Bulletin
Reported on the progress of Ohio's Family Court Initiative. Now is titled Children, Families, and the Courts-Ohio Bulletin. This series ended with Features of a Full Service Family Court. (Fall 2001).

Pennsylvania Juvenile Justice Statisical Bulletin
The Pennsylvania Juvenile Justice Statistical Bulletin series is intended to inform juvenile justice policy making on key issues through analysis and summary of core juvenile justice databases of county-level information in the Commonwealth and identify gaps and recommend improvements in the availablity and quality of the data.

Special Project Bulletin

This series is produced by the Center's Technical Assistance to the
Juvenile Court Project with funds provided by the U.S. Department
of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.
Special Project Bulletins are developed periodically on important
juvenile justice issues (e.g., transfer to adult court ) and emerging
topics for best practice (e.g., court handling of youth with dual
adjudication for abuse or neglect and delinquency).
